At AyurVistara, we strive to provide high-quality natural skin, beauty, and hair care products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
✔ You received a damaged or defective product.
✔ You received the wrong product in your order.
✔ Your order was lost or undelivered due to our fault.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for opened or used products unless they are defective.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email us at ayurvistra@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Attach clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item and the packaging.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
3. Refund Process
- If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to a different payment mode.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:

❌ Orders placed with incorrect details by the customer
❌ Products damaged due to improper use or storage
❌ Discounted or sale items (unless damaged/defective)
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.
